Production Team

We produce our industry leading product range at Noratel factories in Poland, Finland, Germany, Norway, China, Sri Lanka, India, USA, Canada and Mexico.
Noratel also provide practical training programs for pupils undertaking technical vocational training, providing on-site work experience and training at our manufacturing sites. Together we develop and take the next step.

Through our global organisation, we enable students and graduates to apply knowledge gained, learn and work alongside experienced professionals and leaders.We have international internships for university students that provides on-site training and development.
Noratel is keen to meet enthusiastic and open-minded interns who are eager to learn, assertive and ready to share new ideas and perspectives.
Noratel has a clear ambition of being a preferred employer for next generation leaders and professionals. We have therefore partnered up with the University of Agder in Norway, allowing Masters' students in Industrial economics & technology leadership to apply for fall semester internships at Foshan Noratel in China.
This internship is offered as a part of exchange programs between UiA and Noratel. Other partnering companies includes Yara, Jotun, Ikea, Equinor, Kongsberg Maritime, Aker Solutions, DNV (Veritas), Elkem and Innovation Norway.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND MOTIVATION
Every Noratel company hosts social activities and events to boost team spirit and honour their excellent day-to-day efforts.
