Reactors / chokes / inductors / coils – often used for smoothing in rectifiers, reducing short-circuit currents, AC filtering, commutation in thyristors and high frequency switching.

Noratel has specialised on manufacturing reactors according to the customers requirements, demands and requests. Noratel is able to design and produce anything from small reactors for print card mounting and switch mode technique, to large single-phase reactors with heavy current coils for marine- and offshore installations, heavy industries, everything developed in close co-operation with the customer.
